  • Q: How long does it take to receive an appraisal report after the inspection?
    A: Once the inspection is completed, our team works diligently to compile and analyze the data. We are committed to delivering your comprehensive appraisal report within 48 hours of the inspection. This ensures you can quickly proceed with confidence, whether you're addressing an insurance claim, settling a dispute, or determining the market value of your vehicle.
  • Q: What information do I need to provide when requesting an inspection for insurance?
    A: Provide the vehicle owner's name, insurance company, claim number, and a description of the vehicle and damage. This will help us accurately identify the vehicle in question when we arrive at your shop.
  • Q: What is included in a shop total loss estimate provided?
    A: Our estimate covers damage assessment up to 80% of the NADA value for a fair appraisal. You'll also get a copy of the NADA report to understand the valuation. Our clear and thorough estimate will confidently display the extent of the damages with a list of additional possible hidden damages, so the insurance company will accept your decision to total the vehicle.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
